Located in the coveted Rehoboth by the Sea, this cottage is just steps to the beach. Ideally located just blocks to the Dewey night life but far enough away to enjoy relaxing family time. Enjoy an easy stroll or bike ride to the Rehoboth Town Center, restaurants, and boardwalk. This home boasts a new open concept floor plan with a beautiful state of the art gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances, an ice machine and a large island perfect for sitting and chatting with the cook or enjoying a meal. The great room has vaulted ceilings and french doors leading out to a lovely french inspired terrace. This cottage has three bedrooms, two beautifully remodeled full baths, a half bath and an outdoor shower. With ample space, you can sip a cocktail or relax with your favorite book on the private screened porch or quiet back deck complete with sunning chairs. This expanded cottage also offers indoor dining room seating for 8 and an outdoor grill, fire pit and dining for 8 or more.

Great house, great location!

This house is fantastic! Tons of outdoor space, a spacious kitchen, and a shed filled with anything you would want for the beach. I look forward to staying here again.

Great house for family of five

The house was just as shown in the listing. Great location on the beach block. We found it to be the ideal size for our family of five. The kitchen was large and well stocked. Everything was comfortable and clean. The outdoor spaces are also very nice.

Perfection

We've had multiple stays at this adorable beach cottage. Every thing about it is perfection - the comfy furnishings, the outdoor spaces and the short walk to the beach and the towns of Dewey and Rehoboth. Kelly is also perfection - she cares about her home and your stay. She's super responsive and easy to work with. We love our time at this property and can't recommend it enough.

Perfect House in Dewey Beach

Overall we can't say enough good things about this property. Great location to the beach and walking distance to downtown Dewey Beach, perfect size for a family, and very well renovated.
