This single-family house welcomes you with first and second floor front porches perfect for relaxation, people watching, and enjoying the salt air. Ample front and backyards and a screened back porch off the kitchen allow plenty of space for family play. 17 Olive is a premier vacation home, ideally located to enjoy all Rehoboth Beach has to offer!

You will find a master bedroom on the first floor, along with a full bathroom, two living areas, a gas fireplace, dining spaces, and well-equipped kitchen. A gas grill as well as a charcoal grill are available for your use in the backyard.

There are two master suites on the second floor, with the main suite featuring both a shower and jacuzzi tub. There are two more bedrooms that share a hall bath. The second-floor front porch is accessible to all through the upper hallway and provides great views, sunbathing, and relative solitude.

There is convenient off-street parking for four cars. There is also internet (WiFi) and five televisions with cable service.
