You make a great point about the kitchens: For those considering renting this two-home property, the riverfront home (also known as "Nirvana Shores") has a much larger and roomier kitchen (and dining area) than the oceanfront home (also known as "Restoration Sands") We'll see you next year!

Sorry that we could not get your corporate group into both houses 2 hours before the check-in time.  As we discussed that day, at one of the 2 homes, the family that preceded you did not check out until the standard 11am checkout time . (The only way to have gotten you into that house 2 hours early would have been to force/evict that family out of their rental 2 hours early ... Can you imagine renting a house & being told -- at the last minute -- "Sorry, you must leave at 9am, not 11am, because the group after you wants to arrive two hours early")? You also mention that the "cleaners had left", but as we discussed that day, while the home's driveway was empty at 3pm, there were still cleaners working inside the home. (Their supervisor picks them up/drops them off) Other than your disappointment with being able to access only 1 of the 2 homes two hours before the check-in time, I'm glad to read that you enjoyed your stay! Note: On your experience the property sleeps 20 adults, that's possible:  If a large group (like yours) consists of many adult singles, there might be a shortage of king/queen bedrooms.  (That's because occupancy assumes 1 adult couple in each king/queen bedroom).  Fortunately, we eliminate all the guesswork. (Every guest who returns -- or tries a new beach house -- gets a healthy discount when they re-book via VRBO) You also make an observation about a different beach house that you rented -- Gemini Beach, that saw a little bit of water get in one day during a tropical storm that roiled the area. Gemini Beach is the oldest beach house on the island and is a historical landmark. (As the oldest home on the island, it's survived many hurricanes in its 55 years, and is a bit more "seasoned" -- and a few dollars cheaper -- than the two newer homes that comprise Yin & Yang) Looking forward to hosting you again!
