Enjoy a relaxing beach vacation at our beautiful beachfront 2 bed, 2 bath fully remodeled and updated condo! As soon as you enter you will feel on vacation with our beachy vibe decor! We have a corner unit with extra windows in the living room and 2nd bedroom which lets in plenty of natural light.
Each bedroom has a king bed which is perfect for families or 2 couples vacationing together, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has a private balcony facing west -perfect for watching the sunset over the Marriott resort.
The kitchen is fully updated with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar to enjoy meals and mood led lighting!
The comfortable living room highlights views of the ocean from the sliders which lead to the balcony! Watch the sunrise from the balcony while enjoying your morning coffee.
We provide beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for fun at the beach!
We are also members of the Marriott Ocean Club which we extend to our guests. Purchase an ID card for $150 at the golf pro shop to access all the Marriott resort amenities fitness center, priority golf tee times and discounted rates, discounted tennis rates, tiki bar at the sandpiper on the beach, restaurants, all the resort pools and the resort shuttle.

Beachfront perfection

This property has the best beachfront location you can hope for. Wake up to hear the ocean, feel the fresh breeze, and the sun on your skin! What a dream!! Meticulously furnished, I can tell the thoughtfulness that the host went through to put this property together. Very clean and there are plenty of beach towels, chairs (4), and one beach umbrella. Communication with the host was promt and clear. We absolutely loved this property and would definitely stay again!!

Amazing beachfront condo with private pool

Everything was as advertised. Wonderful property, quick with communication. Would highly recommend. Beach is very close, easily accessible through a private entrance. Pool is even closer. Comfortable 2 bedroom into with pull out sofa accommodates families easily. Ocean view is nice.

Beautiful Beach Get-A-Way

Stayed here for a short beach vacation with family. Property is gorgeous and clean. My children enjoyed both the beach and the pool area during our stay. The location is perfect with just a short drive to downtown Stuart.

Gorgeous view beach condo

We enjoyed this vacation and beautiful condo. The place is newly renovated, and so clean and fresh. Host supplied some of the necessary supplies too. Host is very attentive and we felt so welcomed. Everyone should go here and wake up to a beautiful ocean view every morning.

My favorite place!

I've been renting condos in this area for around 10 years and this is by far my favorite. The condo is beautiful and the owner goes above and beyond to ensure you have a fabulous stay. I wanted to stay there forever!

Girls Get-A-Way

What a lovely place to stay on Hutchinson Island. The ocean view condo was perfect in every way. Furnished beautifully, comfortable beds with nice linens, plenty of towels, good quality soaps and shampoo. Kitchen very well appointed. Plenty of comfortable beach chairs and a patio with a stellar view. Great location close to restaurants and great shops. Susan was a delight to deal with and so accommodating. We want to return next year.

A wonderfully clean, comfortable place to stay. Easy access to the ocean (with an incredible view of the ocean from the balcony). Easy in, convenient parking and access. If we ever come back to the area, we will definitely book this property again.

Every Detail Was Provided!

We loved our 4 nights stay at this beautiful condo! We loved the beautiful ocean view from the kitchen and living room with a great sunrise in the mornings. This condo is clean, comfortable, and well stocked! We had plenty of towels, cleaning supplies, and my favorite was the Keurig coffee maker with k-cups!! There was plenty of everything and every detail was covered making our vacation one to remember!

Absolutely Spectacular!

If I could give this property 100 stars, I would! This condo is gorgeous, with the most beautiful view of the pool & ocean. Everything we could ever need and more was available including beach chairs, umbrella, beach bag, towels, etc. We loved the exceptionally clean condo, and the short walk to the private beach was top notch. We will most certainly be back! Susan was a lovely host! Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

Beautiful condo in a fantastic location!

We absolutely loved our month in this beautifully furnished condo. It is spacious and well appointed with many unexpected amenities. We especially enjoyed it being an end unit because it provides all day sun. We very much appreciated how clean it was and also how accessible the owner was for any questions I had. The location is perfect for walking, golfing, dining or relaxing next door at the Marriott facilities. I highly recommend this condo. We cannot wait to return next year.

Love, Love, Love!

What a great place! Condo was absolutely beautiful and well equipped. So many nice touches including the welcome basket with a roll of quarters for the laundry. Loved watching the sun rise every morning over the ocean on the balcony with my coffee followed by morning walk on the beach. Took advantage of the pool and tennis/pickleball facilities at the Ocean Club. The second balcony off the bedroom gets the afternoon sun. Susan immediately responded to any questions I had. I also got a peak of her one bedroom units in the sister building -- they are also beautiful! We so enjoyed our time here and I have already booked for next year!

Perfect winter getaway

What a lovely, beachfront condo! Clean and very comfortable for 2+ the odd pair of weekend visitors. The location on Hutchison Island, directly on the beach with a gorgeous view from the balcony is stupendous. Pool and beach access is right at the condo, no driving needed. It was delightful to be able to run out for a quick beach walk or dip whenever we wanted. The condo as well, set up for cooking, as well as hanging out inside with a lovely beach, view, balcony for coffee and reading Pretty much all you need is at Publix less than a mile from the condo, no need to drive into Stuart for basics or food. The condo is immaculate, we used the cleaning service in the middle of our stay to refresh it, very easy to deal with the property manager on things like that. The condo came with a set of beach chairs in an umbrella, which made the beach stay even more pleasurable! The laundry machine is external to the condo and it’s $1.25 in quarters. it’s a lot easier to bring a jar full of quarters then to have to go down to Publix and beg for a roll of quarters at the service desk Nice comfortable king sized beds and good linens, no need to being your own for a long stay. We have stayed on Hutchinson Island for 4 seperate months over the past 2 years and enjoyed this property the most!

My husband Tom and I moved to beautiful Stuart on the treasure coast from Palm Beach County in May of 2020-yes during the pandemic! We love to travel and always talked about owning a beach front condo to use as a Short Term rental! Our dream came true as we were fortunate enough to purchase a 1 bed 1 bath condo in the Pelican building! We saw the potential and renovated it-it was so much fun picking out the flooring, furnishings, window treatments etc. We started renting October 2020 and have not looked back! We again were fortunate enough to purchase this 2 bed, 2 bath in the building next door that has no min nightly stay and allows pets (we are dog lovers!)
We love hosting and giving guests a wonderful beach vacation or even staycation! Tom owns a software company and insisted on stellar internet! I (Susan) am a semi retired musician-I ran my own music business "Kindermusik with Miss Susan" for over 27 years-I taught mommy and me type music classes and saw thousands of families introduce their babies to music! A lot of these families went on to take private guitar, piano and ukulele lessons- I semi retired from group classes but still teach some private students through the magic of Zoom!
We love to travel the US and try to stay at Short Term Rentals to see how other hosts manage their properties!

Why they chose this property

This is an amazing condo on the Marriott Resort with 2 balconies-one facing the ocean to watch the sunrise and the 2nd balcony off the master bedroom to watch the sunset! It can comfortably host 2 couples or a family. The kitchen and bathroom are all renovated and ready for a wonderful stay! You can have a relaxing beach vacation or even have a work-cation! The internet is stellar and many of our guests have worked as well as enjoyed the beautiful view! Our private beach is right in front of our condo just over the sand dunes! There are no nightly minimums-stay a night, weekend or month! We are also pet friendly!

What makes this property unique

We are members of the Marriott Ocean Club which we extend to our guests! For a minimal fee of $150 our guests can purchase an Ocean Pass and access all the resort amenities! Resort pools, tiki bar which is next door to our building, 24/7 fitness center, resort shuttle, reduced fees golf and tennis! Our private beach is next door to the Marriott Beach and we also provide beach chairs and umbrella for a true beach vacation!
