Why they chose this property

This 1940s bungalow was gutted to the studs and rebuilt for todays modern tastes. The house and cottage were beautifully renovated and lovingly decorated. You will feel comfortable and at home in our big fenced in back yard.

One of the The property's best features is it's proximity to everything going on in Delray Beach. It is a very walkable town and this property is located mid-way between the beach and vibrant nightlife.
