The property features two unique accommodation options: a two-story oceanfront building with four individual apartments and a detached two-bedroom cottage, which is rented separately as described below. Each accommodation is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, convenience, and privacy, creating the perfect setting for family vacations, reunions, retreats, and group getaways.

Guests can relax on the spacious, beautifully maintained oceanfront lawn lined with swaying coconut palms. The outdoor area features gas grills, picnic tables, lounge chairs, and seating areas perfect for gatherings, sunset dinners, or quiet moments by the ocean. The beach is peaceful and highly private, offering breathtaking sunsets just steps from the property.
The nearby shoreline is ideal for snorkeling, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, wind and kite surfing, pole fishing, shell collecting, and more. Hawaiian sea turtles are frequently seen resting along the shoreline, and during whale season, guests may even spot whales passing offshore. Ocean and beach equipment can be rented from several nearby shops in town. While we do not provide beach gear, guests do have access to coolers, lawn chairs, BBQ facilities, and beach towels for added convenience during their stay.

Each beachfront apartment includes a private entrance, kitchen, and bathroom, allowing guests to enjoy comfort and independence throughout their stay. All apartments are oceanfront, and the shoreline is located approximately 75 feet from the backyard. Please note that stairs are required to access all apartments, including the lower-level apartments, as well as the cottage, backyard, and beach area.
For groups requiring additional space, the detached two-bedroom, one-bath cottage can be booked together with the apartment building to accommodate larger parties:

Effective 1/23/26:
There is daytime construction taking place on a neighboring property. Most guests find it minimally disruptive and continue to enjoy peaceful mornings and evenings during their stay.
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
If your group exceeds 15 guests, the detached cottage must also be reserved. Maui County rental permit regulations allow a maximum of two guests per bedroom, including children over the age of two. Children under two years old do not count toward this occupancy limit.
If you use Instant Booking for a group exceeding 15 guests, the cottage will not automatically be included in your reservation. Instead, it will be added separately through a payment request at a rate of $350 per night plus an additional $250 cleaning fee.
