Inviting front garden - fruit trees & vegies. Inside had quirks & needs lots of maintenance. Quirks - no inside dining room, beds to sleep 8 but lounge to seat 4 so we ate off our laps. No kitchen wall cupboards so small bench area. Fridge in "lounge" area.
Maintenance - kitchen cupboards falls off hinges, leaky taps & waste in ensuite, numerous door stoppers falling off, lots of chipped cupboards (whole house), dryer had to be cleaned and water tank emptied prior to use (both full of water/lint), front screen door frame broken & stopper bent.
Our booked house in Enfield was cancelled by its host less than 2 weeks prior to our event and this was the only available house close by and suitable four group.
In summary - very overpriced and greatly underperforming. Should go back to 3 beds with lounge (front bedroom) and inside dining room.
