Großartige Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und reaktionsschnell und standen immer zur Verfügung und waren bereit zu helfen. Einmal wurde unser Auto abgeschleppt (unsere eigene Schuld!), aber Lauras Mann fuhr uns freundlicherweise zum Abschlepphof ?????? Die Lage ist auch großartig: Ein großes Einkaufszentrum, ein Lebensmittelladen, ein Ort, an dem man ein Boot mieten oder Jetski fahren kann, Restaurants mit Live-Musik und eine Bar mit ausgezeichneten Cocktails sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist auch sehr ruhig und bietet eine große Auswahl an nahe gelegenen Stränden. Stoja ist ein fantastisches Viertel. Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang!

welkom gevoeld

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad en ons welkom gevoeld. Het appartement is eenvoudig maar prima (fijne bedden) en bovenal op een fijne, mooie plek, ook in directe omgeving (de tuin, het straatje). Laura en haar zonen waren waren vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. De communicatie liep vlot en prettig.

Delphine beobachten

Es waren nur 100 Meter zum Strand und zum Einkaufszentrum mit Super Pizza und Supermarkt, wir hatten ein Fernglas dabei und konnten Abends vom Balkon Delphine beobachten, neu mit Geschirrspüler und Induktion, Sofa mit Meerblick

Wohnung OK

Alles soweit OK , aber der Vermieter lässt einen keine Minute früher in die Wohnung obwohl wir früher da waren, und bei der Abreise bestand er auch auf Punkt 10.00 Abreise etwas unkulant

Schöne Wohnung in Top Lage mit Super-Aussicht !

Die Wohnung in der schönen Villa der sehr netten Vermieter-Familie war platzmäßig für uns völlig ausreichend und es ist alles da was man braucht. Der große Pluspunkt ist die Lage..2 min im Bikini zum Strand (Steine mit Treppen ins wunderschöne türkisfarbene Meer). Der Strand ist tagsüber ziemlich leer. Nur Abends kommen einheimische Familien zum Abkühlen. Ebenfalls in 2 Gehminuten ist ein großes, neues Einkaufszentrum zu erreichen, wo man sich mit allem versorgen kann. Man schafft es aber auch zu Fuß in 20 Minuten in die schöne Altstadt von Pula. Ein bisschen ungünstig ist, dass im zweiten Schlafzimmer das Fenster zum Flur geht und nicht nach draußen. Alles in allem aber ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel.
