We love hearing that the home has been such a comfortable fit for your group and that you’ve enjoyed the extra refrigerator space and easy access to SHARC and the bike paths. We’re sad to see Umpqua 3 leave our rental program as well, but we truly appreciate you returning to stay with us three times! Stay went well and we enjoyed the property. The dryer line may need a deep cleaning and there were tons of mosquitos outside.

Just what we hoped for in a rental house,!

Umpqua 3 was just the right house for our multigenerational family visit. One story, plenty of room, a bbq that worked, hot tub, quiet cul d sac, ping pong table and lots of bikes. We would stay here again.

Great place, great layout, has everything you need traveling with a baby

This house was awesome for our group which included seniors, adults, and an infant. Single level house with a good layout. Stocked with everything you need if you're traveling with an infant. The bikes were in great shape with a trailer hitch for the kiddo. Great hot tub under the stars. Highly recommend!

Nice Family get away

Property was very nice, comfortable and clean. Quiet neighborhood. about 2 miles from Sunriver Marketplace center. Plenty of bikes for all sizes and ping pong table in garage. fully equipped kitchen. Really liked the deck with patio table and BBQ, but since it was rainy and chilly the gas fire place in the living room was where we tended to hang out.

Great one level for family with seniors

We chose this house because our elderly in-laws were joining us. Having a one level with two masters was SO great. The only thing I'd suggest is adding a grab bar to one of the showers. The house is really well supplied with tons of dishes, bikes, and linens. I wish it were a little closer to the village/SHARC, but it just means you get to ride your bike longer. We will definitely come back.
