Private studio, 5 min. walk to Wilton Drive

Wilton Manors is one of the prettiest and most fun areas of Fort Lauderdale. Staying in our property on 6th Avenue allows you to quickly and easily access dozens of food and entertainment venues on the world-famous Wilton Drive, which is just a 5 min. walk away. Whether you’re coming for a sunny vacation, our fabulous nightlife, a convention in the area, or some down-time before/after a cruise, this premium location has everything you will need within a couple miles.



This small studio/suite has its own private access from the outside of the house, and features a queen bed, WiFi, TV with cable and Netflix, DVD player and movies, closet, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker (with starter set of Starbucks coffee), plates/glasses/silverware for 2, a comfy chair, and a high bistro table with 2 stools.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and a hair dryer is available in the closet. Bed sheets, bath towels, shampoo and soap are provided, as well as a starter set of toilet paper rolls.

There’s a little yard outside of the studio with a chaise lounger and 2 chairs.



Guest has access to ONE (1) parking spot in the driveway.

If you have visitors or more than 1 car, they’ll have to park out on the curb.



Please be aware that this house has a split layout. The studio is attached to a completely independent, larger unit, that we also rent on this platform. The guests on the other unit have NO access to the studio or its patio area. Conversely, you don’t have access to their area. The only time you might see them is at the driveway, where there are TWO (2) parking space assigned to them, right in front of the main part of the house.



Your hosts -Bob & Juan- live just a mile away, and you’ll be able to reach us through Airbnb messaging at any time. If you haven’t yet, please make sure you download the free Airbnb app on your phone prior to your trip so we can communicate easily and quickly if needed.



Wilton Manors is one of the prettiest and most fun areas of Greater Fort Lauderdale. By staying in our neighborhood/city, you can quickly and easily access dozens of food and entertainment venues in or around the world-famous Wilton Drive, which is just a 5-minute walk away. The closest beach is just a 10-minutes drive or ride-share away, as well as fabulous shopping, luxurious spas, waterways, etc.

Great Location

Cute space, wonderful location. The only thing we had an issue with was the bed and how bright it was in the morning. The bed was a bit hard and the door allows a great amount of light to come in, which hits you right in your face. Make sure you take an eye mask if you plan on sleeping in late. Other thank that we were satisfied, you can’t beat the location.

Oh my god this little gem was just what we needed. We came to visit a friend who is walking Distance and lives around the corner. We enjoyed Wilton Manors and would come back again. The location was so ideal for walking to shops and dining. We ended up renting a scooter to zip around town and explored. Thank you for making this so easy for me and my husband to just come and relax.

A Great Studio!

The studio is great and is in a great location. It has everything you need and has plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. The studio is stocked with all the basics you need. Juan and Bob definitely know how to make a place feel like home. Fort Lauderdale beach is about about 20 min away. I will definitely be staying again!

Cozy Efficiency In Wilton Manors

This efficiency is small, but well apportioned. Wilton Manors is a delightful neighborhood about 20 minutes from the Ft Lauderdale beaches. We were there for an event in Ft Lauderdale, so we took Ubers at about 13 dollars each way. I loved how quiet the room was and was sorry I couldn’t try out some more restaurants in Wilton Manors.

Excellent Stay

I was a solo traveler and wanted a nice simple but clean space. I got more than what i bargained for. The studio was very clean and comfy. They provided pretty much everything including complimentary toiletries, bottled water and k cups. I loved that less than 2 mins away was a little mall with a convenience store where you can get things for your stay including wine and beers, there are two fantastic Latino restaurants(I recommend). Walking further up was a 7/11, gay bar saloons and even a Liquor store. The 10 min walk to Wilton manors drive where all the fun is, was perfect. You gotta try the Burgers at the gym sports bar and the food at Ethos Greek restaurant.I didn't rent a car and didn't find the need to get an uber unless going to the beach. I enjoyed my stay very much and will definitely book this spot again. There were guests staying on the other half of the house but I never saw them once, so you do have alot of privacy. Juan and Bob are wonderful hosts and communicated with me quickly. You can tell they genuinely want people to enjoy and have a great experience with no stress, the price was FANTASTIC!! Thank You guys!!

Better Than Expected

Great value. Perfect base for an exploration of Wilton Manors. So close to everything. The private patio is really really private. If I return to the area I’ll stay here. Also, there’s a Publix nearby and a 711. And a convenient bus to the beach. I didn’t have a car and I didn’t need one.

In fact, we acquired several rental properties in the same neighborhood we used to live in Kissimmee and that's how we started on the BNB world.
