Peaceful Quiet Home In The Desert

APRIL and MAY SPECIAL - book 6 nights and get the 7th night free!
The home is on 2 acres of land. The home is very private and there are no street noises. It is the entire first floor of a private home with a second floor in which the owner lives. It is approximately 1100 square feet and has its own private entrance with a private yard. The house has a large open area with the living room, dining area, bar, and kitchen all in one large open space. There is a master suite with its own bathroom and a second bedroom with entrance to the second bathroom from this bedroom or from the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking full meals, baking, having coffee in the morning, or whatever you desire. There is a library from which you may take a read books and a game shelf with games and playing cards.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Here are the check out instructions: 1) Check out by 11 am 2) Place all trash outside in bin by the gate.
3) Put all dirty sheets and towels in the laundry baskets inside the bedroom closets 4) Turn the thermostat to the off position. 5) Lock the door when leaving
6) Wash all dishes by loading and turning on the dishwasher.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Treat my home respectfully as if it is your own please! No smoking is allowed in the house, but if desired, an ashtray will be provided for you to use

I am an avid traveler and am a hiker, bicycler, scuba diver, and skiier. I also love meeting people from all over the globe which I get to do in my travels but would love to do in Tucson as well. I am a former high school teacher and teen therapist. My daughters are both in graduate school.

Why they chose this property

It is a quiet peaceful desert environment but is close to all amenities. It is a 15 minute drive to downtown, 3 minutes to the Sahuaro Monument West, and within 30 minutes of all attractions in the Tucson area.

What makes this property unique

This is a quiet setting, very peaceful. You will sleep well and can have coffee out on your private patio.
