~ABOUT THE HOME~
~Palazzo Toscano~ is CUSTOM home of up to 4400 sq.ft with a PRIVATE HEATED* POOL and HOT TUB* combo with optional gas heating for your enjoyment, very popular with our guests! *When desired, inquire for rates.

*January, 28th-March, 2027 DISPLAYED RATES INCLUDE GAS HEATING FOR the HOT TUB AND POOL*
ANY other months the spa/pool combo gas heat at an addt. rates. We only heat both and for the entire stay.
Stays June-September hot tub gas heat is included.

Great location for Spring Training, Golf and Tennis championships sites!

EACH GUEST ROOM IS IN SEPARATE WING OF THE HOME and NOT one is next to another with NO shared walls! Complements of the home floor plan! So important!
Our home is the only property in the West Valley of Phoenix that offers UP to 13* INDIVIDUAL BEDS* for a larger of up to 24* paid guests.
~October, November 2027 displayed rates include up to 16 guests at 6 bedrooms, 4 full bath, 13 ind. beds+hot tub heat.
Rest of the seasons:
~Bookings for a min. 15 paid guests are for 5 rooms (#1,2,3,4,6 as pictured),4 full baths:11 individual beds to share.
~Bookings for up to 14 paid guests are for 5 rooms(#1,2,3,4,5 as pictured), 3 full baths: 10 individual beds to share.
~ The entire home bookings for 6 rooms,4 baths with 13 ind.beds, when desired, place 20 travelers in the quote irrespective of the smaller guests count.
~The upgrade is available for an apartment suite lock.off(#6 as pictured) if you desire to add 3 more Queen beds to make it total of 13 ind. beds and 4th FULL bath to expand for smaller(14 or less guests)groups, inquire for rayes.
~Any invitees,locals or not must be on the reservations and consider travelers.

Great for golf, baseball and tennis groups as well as an extended family stays with friends or colleagues when individual sleeping accommodations are desired.

Early check in/check out is $50/per hour to check in earlier than 4pm and check out later than 10am.

For your convenience WHITE SHEET SETS and COTTON towel sets are provided for each guest, including POOL towels, yey more room in your suitcases!
Plenty of TVs throughout the home with TV service and streaming capabilities, so bring your USB plug-ins and your subscriptions log ins!

-As Greater Phoenix plays host to 13 major league baseball teams each spring as part of the Cactus League, we are proud to be closest to many of the ballparks to catch the action!
-Surprise ballpark/stadium & Surprise 25 Tennis Courts North 9 miles. Goodyear Ballpark 12 min South. The Camelback Ranch Ballpark in Glendale/Phoenix about 20 minutes East of the home.
-Spring Training sites in West Valley for the Kansas City Royals, L.A. Dodgers, Cleveland Guardians, Cincinnati Reds, Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners and Chicago White Sox are all within 10-25 minutes drive.
