This modern pet friendly holiday home on the canal waters offers a splendid getaway to the Ningaloo Reef and offers wi-fi throughout. Jump into your private pool, or moor your boat to the private jetty. With a short hop, skip and a jump to town beach and the Yacht Club, the fantastic location and this marvelous holiday home will make your holiday unforgettable.
Downstairs:
Delightful living area with a comfortable lounge, beautiful canal views and a flat-screen TV.
Theatre room with cosy recliners for the movie lovers.
It is easy-breezy to entertain, prepare the meals and dine in the well-equipped open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and the adjoining dining area.
Kitchen is decked out in stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and a large French door fridge.

Upstairs:
Master retreat with a King bed, bar fridge, TV, balcony and wonderful canal views.

Alfresco area has a handy outdoor kitchen, a mighty big barbeque and a dining suite overlooking your private pool area with a gazebo and the canal waters.
Enjoy the delightful Exmouth weather by the pool which has a lounge pool. Please note that this does not have spa jets.
Private jetty with space to moor a 12m boat. No power or water available at the jetty.
The outdoor shower is perfect for washing off the sand from the day on the beach.
Parking available for three cars and two boats / trailers with no height restrictions.
Please note there is no guest access to the garage

You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.
Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.
