The Blu Shutter Beach House is the best location for a vacation! Just across the street is Hagar Park and Beach. A hidden gem amongst the many beaches in Michigan. This beach is clean, quiet, and beautiful. It has gorgeous sunsets and peaceful waters all year long.
The house is located right in the middle of two iconic beach towns: St. Joseph and South Haven. With a short eight mile drive down the road you will find yourself in beautiful St. Joe, where you can enjoy the shops, restaurants, beaches and the Harbor Shores Signature Golf Course. Throughout the year, St. Joseph has many festivals and activities for visitors of all ages, making it worth the trip anytime of the year! Similarly, just 10 minutes up the road is the wonderful town of South Haven. South Haven is home to many biking/walking trails, breweries, and iconic lighthouses. More attractions near the Blu Shutter Beach House are Holland, Michigan which is home to the Tulip Festival in May, Four Winds Casino in Hartford and Michigan’s Adventure Water Park in Muskegon.
This is going to be the place to make your happy memories with friends and family.
The house has three bedrooms and our bonus room; allowing 10 guests to sleep comfortably. There are two bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower, for easy access, and heated floors. The upstairs bathroom has a jetted tub for relaxing after a busy day of shopping and having fun at the beach! The kitchen is large with an open floor plan, air fryer, microwave, and coffee maker. The game room has many board games for family fun (and some adult ones too)! Outside of the house you will find a beautiful large deck with a charming L-shaped patio couch. The Blu Shutter Beach House has plenty of room to play, make memories, and relax.

Our group of 10 enjoyed this home. We had plenty of room for all of us and had everything we needed for our long weekend. The location is wonderful. We spent our days exploring nearby towns and the evenings we spent on the porch eating ice cream, enjoying a drink, and playing games. We also loved walking across the street to catch the sunset at the beach while the kids went for a swim. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Dianna was excellent throughout the whole process!We had a wonderful weekend enjoying the sunshine and the accommodations were great! Our group is in the senior citizen category and we found it a bit difficult navigating the stairs. The beach was beautiful but it was a playground for dogs which was not very conducive to what we were looking for.We also didn’t do our homework and we didn’t realize the highway was out in front of the house.Thanks again Dianna for all your support and efforts making sure we were welcome!

Nick, Im so very sorry you did not have a full star Stay. Although we are right on M63 in A fab location. There is a huge burm and hill with natural BUsh And tree fencIng as not to be any close to the road. I also hope that when we communicated and i told you all the bedrooms were on the second level of the house you understood. The location of this property was great for our trip. Thie house has its own unique charm. We all loved the park right across the street from us. It was perfect for spending the day on the beach. Dianna is a top notch host!

Dianna was very responsive. We had a really nice stay! The home was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The bathrooms and living area were especially nice. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could need — plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and glasses. We also appreciated the extra touches like towels, blankets, and even spare toiletries in case something was forgotten. Overall, a great experience and a wonderful place to stay!

We came for four days to enjoy the beach and shopping. The location was quiet and peaceful with a beach right across the road. Also close enough to nearby towns. Dianna was so responsive as the host and always answered us right away. The house was so clean. Plenty of space and items for us to use.

Came here on a trip with family and friends. Had 8 adults and 3 year old. Good sized kitchen (larger than expected based on pictures) and plenty of room to spread out. Was unusually warm for October so was able to take advantage of the lake and beach which is just across the road. It is a major/busy road. Nice outdoor seating and large fire pit.

Great beach vacation

This property was conveniently located across the street from a nice beach that we enjoyed almost every day. It is close to Coloma which offered a nice movie theater and a nice restaurant. It is also close to wineries and breweries in the area. It was perfect for our stay with our Son and his family.

Spectacular stay

We had the luxury of being able to stay at this house for 3 days and each day was amazing. With a quick walk across the street is a beach, board games for the late nights, and a kitchen fully loaded with almost everything you need for cooking. Highly recommend to anyone because of the location and price.
