Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms and a loft provide a flexible setup for your stay. The primary bedroom features a king bed, dresser, and TV, creating a restful place to end the day. The second bedroom includes two double beds, offering plenty of room for family or friends. An upstairs loft with a futon adds additional space for reading or sleeping. With two full bathrooms, everyone has room to get ready without waiting.

Outdoor living
The screened porch is an inviting setting for mornings and evenings, with peaceful marsh views just beyond. A barbecue grill and dining area make it easy to enjoy meals outdoors. Beyond the townhouse, you have access to a shared pool and nearby paths leading to the beach.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with what you need to prepare and share meals at home. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, freezer, and dishwasher are complemented by a toaster, and wine glasses. Meals can be enjoyed together at the dining table after days of sun and sand.

Everyday convenience
A washer and dryer are included, making longer stays simple. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided. You will also find hangers, clothing storage, an iron, and cleaning products. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected, while air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan ensure comfort throughout the year.

Entertainment & safety
A TV with standard cable offers entertainment indoors. Safety features include a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. Please note that a carbon monoxide alarm is not available, as indicated by the host.

Parking & access
Free parking is available on-site for two vehicles, and a private entrance provides easy access to the townhouse.
