Living Space
A bright, beach-inspired interior sets the tone throughout. Unwind in the screened sunroom with ample seating and serene lake views, or step out onto the private balcony to take in the peaceful waterfront scenery. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep things comfortable year-round.

Sleeping Arrangements
Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen bed, 32" flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom, and direct balcony access. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, a private bath, and a 19" TV - ideal for families or small groups.

Kitchen & Dining
The full kitchen comes stocked with cooking basics, a coffee maker, microwave, oven, stove, and dishwasher. Gather around the dining table for six for easy, relaxed meals.

Bathrooms
Two full ensuite bathrooms plus a half bath provide comfort and privacy for all guests. A bathtub and hair dryer are also available.

I can’t say enough how wonderful our stay was! The home was ideally located for walks in the peaceful and pretty neighborhood and walks on the beautiful beach. The condo was very spacious and had everything to make our month stay easy and enjoyable. I would recommend this VRBO to all!

Great Holiday in Sawgrass

We enjoyed our stay at Quail Point in Sawgrass! The condo was in really good shape and we had some magnificent sunrises over the pond outside the bedroom.

Great view.

The property has a nice waterfront view with the golf course running along side. The screen porch is large and was a great area to relax after a long day. The 2 second floor bedroom suites were good size and the additional half bath on the first floor is nice if you have guests over. The only issue or situation that I wish we would have known before renting was the fact that you couldn’t use the beach club area nor was there any beach parking immediately nearby . There is however a very nice public beach access maybe 3 miles down (Mickler’s beach) that has bathrooms and changing areas. We did have access to a smaller pool within the subdivision but again it was not walkable. Once we were there for a few days we developed our daily routine and not being able to access the beach club area was really not a big deal. I would definitely recommend this property and would consider renting again on future visits.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse was clean, well-maintained, and matched the listing photos and description, making for an overall comfortable stay.The property was stocked with very limited toiletries, so I'd recommend bringing your own essentials. The dining room also had a noticeable odor that smelled like cat urine, and we ended up using air freshener each day to make the space more comfortable.The disappointment was communication from the management team. We reached out Saturday morning for assistance with a gate access issue that prevented our guests from entering the community. We didn't receive a response until Monday, after our stay had effectively ended, so the issue was never resolved.

Too many artificial floral arrangements in home . Bathrooms are basic and small. Not of fan of carpeting in a beach rental. Overall it was a good stay .

Very convenient location

The property was very convenient to my brother's house and the beach. Living room, dining room, Lanai had lots of seating. Lanai had bird poop on the tables and furniture. Most of the bath towels were stained. No face wash cloths. Could use some bowls in the kitchen. Twin beds need new mattresses, very soft no support. Need to attend to the few details and it would be a 5.
