Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the layout balances connection and privacy. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes a full bed with a pull-out trundle, while the upstairs loft offers twin beds that are especially well suited for children. Two full bathrooms help keep daily routines simple and comfortable.

Living and gathering spaces
High ceilings and an open-concept design create an airy, relaxed feel throughout the main living area. Comfortable seating and a TV with standard cable provide an easy place to unwind, whether you're catching up on a show or relaxing after time exploring the area. A dining table doubles as a spot for meals, games, or remote work, supported by Wifi and a dedicated workspace.

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay, with a dining area nearby that encourages shared moments. Whether you're starting the day with breakfast indoors or winding down with dinner, the space is designed for both function and connection.

Outdoor living and amenities
The screened lanai extends the living space outdoors, offering a breezy, sheltered place to relax throughout the day. Within the community, guests have access to a community pool available year-round, along with a nearby playground. As part of The Players Club (TPC) Sawgrass, you’ll also have access to the community clubhouse, with opportunities to book tee times at TPC Sawgrass or The Yards, where tennis and pickleball are also available. Free parking on premises for two vehicles and a private entrance make coming and going simple.

Located in Ponte Vedra, the condo places you close to local dining and everyday conveniences within a relaxed residential setting. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to TPC Sawgrass. While beaches are a short drive away, there is no designated beach access within the TPC community.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
