It is a super cool loft with lots of space. Many great restaurants nearby. Used Ubers to get around so did not have to worry about parking. The only downside was the street noise. Even with earplugs, it was pretty loud late into the night on the weekend. If that bothers you, might consider a quieter neighborhood. We were still able to sleep reasonably well, if somewhat fragmented. So a fantastic place for the right person.

Loved the location and the wide open spaces. It worked well for the small children. The staircase was a bit difficult but we managed.

The loft was in a great location (one block from Lake/Morgan on the pink and green line) and had all that we needed for 4 people over the holiday weekend. We were used to city noise but for those who aren’t, there are ear plugs in each room. The host was in contact immediately after booking with all of the info needed for our stay.

Fulton Market

Great apartment in a great vibrant area Fulton Market. So much happening in this area. Close to train station and an enjoyable walk to the city So many restaurants in the area to choose from. Loved it.

Spring Break in the city.

We booked this loft with our 4 teens/tweens for part of our spring break, and everyone really enjoyed it. It was a great spot for downtime between trips downtown. It has plenty of space to relax and spread out, or hang out as a group. The place is just like it appears in the listing. The location is perfect for walking around to explore the local food and markets, or taking a quick Uber downtown.

Good but could be better with a few items!

It’s a great location. Be prepared for a lot of stairs to reach unit. Could have used more trash bags, towels and better toilet paper. Trash collection is EARLY in am and can be heard in bedroom.

Hi Megan! Just to clarify for future guests, there are 2 flights of stairs to reach this property. We provide bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for up to 12 guests, plus extras that are located in one of the bedroom closets. I'm so sorry if something was missing during your stay - had you reached out to us, we would have been very happy to provide more towels and trash bags if needed. We use standard 2 ply toilet paper in all of our apartments. Thank you!

Amazing Loft in Chicago's coolest neighborhood

We decided to take our 3 kids to Chicago before school starts back up here in Colorado. As they are teenagers we needed a bigger space with 3 full bedrooms for the 5 of us. We also wanted to stay in the Fulton Market area so the kids could wander and get food in a safe area. This loft completely delivered. Beside being massive with full size rooms and great room it has 2 queen bunks beds in one of the bedrooms. Two washrooms and washer and dryer. The kitchen was fully stocked with glasses and plates although we ate out every night! I need to give a shout out to the property Manager- Staywell. We had a small issue with one of the beds and they immediately found a solution and had it installed the next morning. Amazing service. Highly recommend this home if your looking for a hassle free stay in Chicago in a really cool environment.

Blizzard 2022

Ok, it wasn’t a blizzard after-all in Chicago, but it was a very cold and windy time to be on vacation. Luckily, we were cozy and warm in our very large apartment. Wonderful location, unique historical warehouse feel, close to lots of restaurants, the L, and nightlife.

Amazing atmosphere, you won't want to leave

We had a fantastic stay at the loft. Just 3 people with an insane amount of space, we loved every moment of our stay. After a tiring day of sight seeing there is nothing better than to return to such an oasis. The only thing that could be improved would be to have some sort of "welcome package" with bottled water, coffee, tea and sugar, the way other rentals often offer. But there are so many stores and coffee shops nearby that that didn't matter. Would return anytime again!

Amazing place!

Pictures don’t do this amazing large loft justice! Our blended family of 9 had plenty of room. The Fulton market district has lots to offer in terms of food and entertainment, and is located 1 1/2 blocks from the Morgan train station to go anywhere in the city. Suggestions for family food: Bombobar, Do-Rite Donuts, Federales, Au Cheval, Bonci, Duck Duck Goat Suggestions for entertainment: the Emporium, mural search, endless board games in the loft :) Can’t say enough great things about our experience with this property, HIGHLY recommend!

Incredible Stay & Amazing Host!

Had a wonderful experience staying at this property for New Years! The location is so perfect & the unit is huge! Todd is incredibly hospitable & helped out with the best customer service. Will definitely try to stay again and recommend to all! Great for big groups too!

Great location! Cool vibe!

This property was in a great location in Fulton Market and had such a cool vibe within the unit. The windows surrounding the walls brought in great natural lighting and the common area (kitchen, living room) is huge!! Super clean and organized when we arrived and the kitchen pretty much had all the things we needed.
