Very good communication with host. Very spacious, clean, and a great location. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes. Plenty of space for hanging out in the living room - we had 9 people.
We had an amazing time at this property! It is in a great location, within the Fulton Market area. The property is very clean, and the property manager is very responsive. We would stay here again!
Stayed here for a family get together. Location was great. Property manager was responsive. Good size for eight adults. Fulton Market is a popular spot and can be noisy but it's Chicago; doubt you'll avoid that anywhere in the city.
We really enjoyed our stay in Fulton Market. There were two moms and our daughters. We should have stayed longer. The loft had everything we needed. The back room was great for all the young adults. The only issue we had was getting into the building. The system was a bit touchy.
All in all al great visit. We walked downtown from the loft, very easy, safe walk. So many great restaurants in the market area too and some good shopping close by. Would highly recommend.
We also appreciated the tips and tricks to navigate parking and restaurant recommendations.
This stay was exactly what we needed.
The location, space, and amenities were terrific. We came to Chicago for my niece's graduation. The location was within walking distance to our families home, shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. It had enough food options for us and three kids with the Time Out food court being just steps away. It was safe and incredibly accessable the whole time. We were concerned that it would be loud at night along the busy Fulton Market corridor but the way that the rooms are set up made it very quiet and peaceful and all of the traffic really dies down after dinner. While there, we utilized the fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and ironing board. We didn't have to search for anything. Everything was very clear.
The only, slight, issue we had was that the air conditioner didn't seem to be super effective in the back bedroom. That space got quite hot at night for the kids to sleep in. All-in-all an excellent stay.
While the space was well-located in the West Loop, and large enough to accommodate having folks over to cook and eat a Thanksgiving meal together, otherwise this property was extremely disappointing given how expensive it was to rent. It reeked of weed the moment we walked in, and lingered for days. A chair leg broke off as soon as it was sat on (by a very small person), and we were lucky she wasn't hurt falling onto the concrete floor. The kitchen sink backed up significantly, and the disposal was broken. The can opener didn't work. One of the toilets was running the entire time. Everything there felt extremely cheap: from the towels to the shower curtains to the mattresses. There was no hair conditioner in any of the bathrooms. This property feels like a money maker for the owner, with zero care put in to whoever is renting it. Given how specific they were with me during the process of requesting to rent it, confirming many times I wasn't planning to have any parties, I was extremely surprised by how low quality my experience was when we got there. I can't imagine that the property would be used for anything *but* bachelorette parties. I would not recommend this property at all, given the price point, but I'm giving it two stars and not 1 for it being well-located and dog friendly.

Rebecca, we strongly dispute your characterization of this wonderful property that has hosted hundreds of satisfied families, business travelers, and other groups and yes bachelorette parties too. It has a fantastic 4.9 star rating across over 250 reviews on VRBO and other major booking sites. You were clearly expecting a 5-star luxury hotel rather than a historic neighborhood loft apartment and to be frank, you were an exceptionally difficult guest, making hysterical unreasonable demands from the get-go and threatening to leave a vindictive review which you've now done. There were a couple small issues during your stay that our team promptly resolved - we always strive for perfection and take great care to maintain the property and provide a fantastic guest experience, but some guests will never be satisfied.
We had a wonderful stay at this property and couldn't have asked for a better experience in Chicago. The place was incredibly clean, comfortable, and offered plenty of space for our entire group to relax. The location in Fulton Market is unbeatable. It was exceptionally easy to get to using the L train, and we felt completely safe walking around the neighborhood with our family. There are so many great restaurants just steps away, making it the perfect home base for exploring the city. The hosts were excellent, and we would absolutely love to stay here again the next time we visit. Highly recommended!
The host was extremely nice and responsive. The area was a great place to stay, very walkable and easy to get to the loop. The apartment was just as pictured, and felt even bigger in person. It was the perfect place to host our group of 12
Fantastic loft with an even better location. Plenty of room for a group of 8. The open concept was lovely and we enjoyed exploring the West Loop. Highly recommend!
