This condo, with newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, is a great place to enjoy beautiful desert and mountain views from within the villa or adjoining patio, relax around the pool, play tennis and golf, or shop at nearby facilities within walking distance. This condo complex is located within the prestigious south Palm Springs area neighboring both the Mesquite Country Club golf course and the Warm Sands resort area. Please refer to the area map and satellite image for a view of recreational and commercial amenities near the complex.

The unit is located within the highly desirable, low-density, Villa Riviera development. Since it is a small development with 30 units, it provides the ultimate in privacy allowing one to rest and relax without constant interruptions typical of larger high density projects. The villas are clustered around a well manicured greenbelt common area featuring a swimming pool, spa/jacuzzi, and deck area with stunning views of the mountains.

Located within a block are two new shopping centers, that include several restaurants and food establishments, and a regional Ralph's Market. Downtown Palm Springs is a 15 to 20 minute walk away, and both downtown and the airport are less than five minutes by car.

This single-story 2 bedroom, 2 bath, classic Palm Springs condo (1,450 sq. ft.) features a full-sized fully stocked remodeled kitchen with ample counter and cabinet space, built-in double oven and counter top range, and dishwasher. New granite counter tops and new cabinets were recently installed. Microwave, blender and all kitchen accessories are included in the unit. There are excellent San Jacinto mountain views from the living room, dining room, bedrooms and attached private patio area. Included in the living room is a new sofa, love seat, recliner chair, flat screen TV, with full cable, CD, and DVD. A TV is also included in the master bedroom. The unit also includes Wifi and internet services. A private washer and dryer, as well as convenient covered parking, is included.

All conveniences are close at hand. This is an opportunity to relax, leave the cold weather behind, and be our guest in warm and sunny Palm Springs. A bar-be-que is available for those late afternoon happy hour times in the private patio.

This vacation rental was perfect for us in so many ways: close to Prescott Preserve, where we love to walk, with easy access to various vendors (groceries, take-out, Saturday Farmer’s Market, etc.) It’s close not only to the downtown, Palm Springs Cultural Center, Purple Room, but also to various trailheads. It offers fabulous mountain views – from the pinks off the peaks as the sun rises through the silhouettes against the sky as the sun sets. The pool and hot tub are immediately accessible – and are shared only with the few others in the small Villa Riviera complex. It’s QUIET. The beds and the seating in the living/dining area are comfortable, the kitchen is very well-equipped. The kitchen appliances are functional, but would benefit from upgrading. This was our sixth year of renting in Palm Springs. Ted and Maryjane’s unit was our very favorite.

Perfect location and stunning mountain views

This property has a great location in Palm Springs. Close access to downtown, shopping, hiking. The best part is the amazing view of the mountains- right through the slider windows, while dining on the patio, or relaxing in the pool/hot tub. We enjoyed entertaining friends and relatives and wish this was our own home. The kitchen was especially well equipped for both our personal use and entertaining. Ted and MaryJane are good communicators and respond quickly. We’d love to stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

This condo is situated in the beautiful community of Villa Riviera, an area we'd never stayed before. We could not have asked for a better group of people to be around - owners & other vacationers like us. The layout of the grounds & the beautiful hedges, flowers & trees offered privacy, but also made it possible to meet your neighbors & have a sense of community. Ted & Marijane's beautiful condo is very spacious & had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay there. Upgrades to the kitchen, bathrooms, & showers look great. It was very nice having access to the bikes, as we made good use of them on the many bike trails PS has to offer. Ted & Marijane are very kind people & were always just a quick phone call or text away if we had questions. We'd definitely like to come back & pick up where we last left off with all the new friendships we made!

Paradise in Palm Springs

Very comfy inside the villa , well furnished with all the essentials. Each bedroom and living room and dining area with sliding patio doors allowing lots of light and beautiful views of the surroundings. Palm trees , flowering shrubs, hot tub and exceptional pool just outside the door. A private quiet patio for dining and relaxing with a spectacular view of the mountains. Walking distance to downtown Palm Springs , local bakery and groceries. Made much use of the two new bikes on nearby bike trails. Very friendly people in this villa complex and our hosts Ted and Marijane were very caring and accommodating throughout our stay.. A vacation that was hard to leave.

Great location 1 block to Ralph’s and CVS. Lots of room, a few steps to the spa and pool, great kitchen utensils and appliances Tile in showers is well done. TV and WiFi worked great.

Palm Springs December Break

We love Palm Springs for the winter and the holidays! While we had very limited time at the location due to family circumstances, we thoroughly enjoyed the the time we had at the condo. The condo was peaceful and quiet and having been to Palm Springs many times before it is locate in a wonderfu location close to a large grocery store, beautiful public park and swimming pool and several local neighborhood restaurants in walking distance. with easy access to downtown Palm Springs. The condo sits right next to the shared pool and hot tub right out the patio door with beautiful views of the mountains. Great location once again
