Cute self contained bungalow studio with microwave, stove, toaster, kettle, bar fridge, beautiful bathroom, TV, reverse cycle air conditioner, queen size very comfortable bed and all you need for an enjoyable getaway and great nights sleep!!
We provide all required bedding, beautiful Sheridan towels, UHT milk, cold water in fridge, frozen ice cubes, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt & pepper and depending on your length of stay a complimentary bottle of wine.

Amazing Stay

I had come from NZ with my Staffy Gracie and the place was awesome the photos don’t do it justice. I was able to set myself up for living in Melbourne and I now love Yarraville if I didn’t work in Dandenong I would have stayed.

Great little place

Blair was a wonderful host. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place was perfect for what we needed. Good location just out of the city, but easy to get around.

A sanctuary away from home.

This studio was peaceful, cosy and very comfortable. It had everything I needed as well as little extras. Communication with Blair, the owner, was not only stress free but a delight. For me and my dog to be so welcomed was heartwarming and appreciated.

Blair was fantastic to communicate with from booking right throughout our entire stay. The studio, although very compact, had just about everything we needed. The only additions we would like to see for future stays would be a couple of microwave safe containers and a steamer basket for the large saucepan. Also the reverse cycle air-conditioning unit is very noisy when it cycles, particularly on the heat setting. Thankfully it wasn't cold enough or hot enough we needed to use it after the first night. If there was some way to make it run quieter I'm sure guests would appreciate it. Or maybe provide a small plug in heater as an option. The fan provided didn't really circulate much air. So maybe upgrade to a new plug in fan too. As a guest we would prefer less cupboard space and actually remove some shelves to provide hanging space inside the cupboard. As the studio is small, being able to store as much stuff away as possible would be helpful. Also if you could provide a broom to sweep would be appreciated too. These comments are not criticism, merely suggestions to improve an already fabulous accommodation that we would highly recommend. Thanks for an awesome stay. We look forward to staying with you again next year possibly.

Home away from home

This little abode on Adeney was perfect for my extended stay while renovations were completed on my home. Blair made me feel so welcome from the point of inquiry and booking through to departure some months later, friendly and responsive and a lovely human. My dogs loved the backyard, and the bungalow is compact but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Five star rating from me for the host, and the neighbourhood.

On arrival we were greeted by our lovely host Blair . They say first impressions count and that is certainly accurate. Little Abode is a quality property beautiful decor , well appointed everything you need and more for your stay.
