Hi Tracy
Yes it’s quite baffling how you could loose the remote control. I looked everywhere for it and merely charged you for the replacement value, not even the postage. The knife cuts on the bench top and broken chair, and toilet seat is still leaving me out of pocket more than a $1000 what I’m not charging you for. A bit surprised that you would be unhappy about being charged for the remote you lost whilst there was so much left in the room for me to clean up and substantial damage. If you had voiced that you wanted the room warmer, I would very happily have increased the centrally controlled temperature for you, but you never said anything about it. I honestly did not expect a negative review from you but hey, you never know hey. We were happy to accommodate you guys and your dog, but I guess not again then. All the best to you guys
