There is a housekeeper on the property, they live on the land but in an area apart, they take care of the house but they are discreet (they stay in your area, do not disturb) You can negotiate with the housekeeper directly if you want her to work during the rental period. It is very comfortable, because the kitchen cleaner, helps in the kitchen, can look for something in the market, etc.

Guest access

In addition to being able to use the whole house and enjoy the garden, the beach and the sea in front, guests can use free high-speed wifi internet.

Interaction with guests

Upon arrival, the housekeeper will show the house and explain everything.

We live in São Paulo and we are always available by email, phone or whatever, but if you need anything, the home can also provide assistance.

Other observations

If you want a person to support you in the kitchen and with daily cleaning, you can deal with the home, in which case the payment must be negotiated (and done) directly to it.
