Semi private hot tub right outside the condo. This hot tub is shared with 2 other tennants from another unit. Two bedroom (1king, 1queen), 1 bathroom unit. One minute walk from a secluded pond and access to Blue River Bike Path. There is fishing and swimming in the pond in the summer. The Unit is only a few blocks away from the Silverthorne Recreation Center where there is tennis, volleyball, pool facilities, and basketball courts as well as other gym activities. Copper and Keystone are only 15 minutes away. It’s only 20 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail.

Dog are allowed, however they need to be crated and not allowed to bark inside the unit. Dogs should not be left unsupervised for extended periods. If they continuously bark and disturb the neighbors while you are out you will be asked to board your dog. All dogs must be fully potty trained.

There is no washer or dryer on the property. A laundromat is located about 5 minutes away right in town. Laundry baskets are provided for ease of transport if needed.

The living room couch is a pull out but is not for general use of the guests. You must ask permission to use before your rental begins. The couch in the past has been severely damaged therefore I need to know if someone would like to use it and be sure they know how to put it back without damaging it. As it has been damaged several times it may not be in working order.

The outside grill may only be available in the summer months as in the winter it is usually covered by snow and I do not monitor it during that time.

Rental allows for two parking spaces.
