The house is clean, spacious, in a great location and the use of the garage and beach equipment is an added bonus! We liked it so much that we booked it again for the same time next year!

Second Time Around

We stayed at the same property in 2019. The owner keeps the property extremely well stocked, everything you would possibly need and plenty of it. Location is close to the Gulf Coast shopping plaza and airport. Very convenient to everything. The property manager was very helpful. We hope to come again next year or very soon.

Neighborhood wasn't as expected, a lot of run down homes. Water quality was terrible, constantly brown water coming out of the faucets.

INTERESTING:

The house was very nice, clean & must have been recently remodeled inside. The neighborhood needed a lot of improvement. There were many nice homes but there were also a lot of messy yards some with even garbage laying around.

Clean, comfortable home

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and it is close to the highway, stores and restaurants. Being able to use the garage was a real plus for us. The kitchen is well equipped. We were surprised by the items that were available for us to use eg. beach chairs, beach towels, folding lawn chairs, cooler and ice packs.

ok but not for us

The house was beautiful, the weather was incredible but the area we were in was way too heavily overrun with cars. Traffic was horrendous and people in the neighborhood did not come out of their house so no one to talk to. It was a great place but just not for us. The xfinity tv lineup was terrible, had to go to a friend's house to watch a football game we wanted to see and couldn't even watch the Rose Bowl. We need to be in an area where there are people to talk to, interact with, etc. I know you are supposed to be too busy to watch tv but with the traffic situation and our not liking driving at night, tv would have been nice if it had the channels the playoff games were on. We left a few days early, hope the cleaners got the food we put in the freezer, but it had nothing to do with the quality of the home. It was a beautiful home and we thoroughly enjoyed the warm weather but that was not enough for us. We need people. Now we know and will keep that in mind when we come again to Florida.
