Pool and sun terrace are not visible from the outside.
The pool is completely private and is used only by the tenants of the villa.
The villa has about 80 sqm of living space indoors,
which can be completely air-conditioned, as well as an
approx. 80 sqm large covered veranda.
The large veranda offers a very high living comfort, especially in this sunny region. Here you can live, eat, work and relax all day with the doors open.
Through the large property of about 1000 sqm with many tropical plants and palm trees you can feel the light and cooling wind of the day. Here it is tropically warm, but never heated up. Here you will feel comfortable.
Fruits of the garden , like coconuts may, may be picked and consumed.

And sun loungers are available for daily sunbathing.
A double carport is available in the enclosed property.
Food markets , restaurants and the beach are within a few minutes by car or scooter.
