The space
As you enter the apartment, you'll be welcomed by open-concept spaces including the living room, dining area, and kitchen, all featuring modern and tropical décor, and a large window offers a charming view of the pool.

The hallway leads you to the laundry area, fully equipped for your convenience, and to the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms (3B/2.5B). The primary bedroom includes a full private bathroom.On the second level, you’ll find an ideal space for entertainment and relaxation, TV, and a half bathroom.The crown jewel of this penthouse is the spacious rooftop terrace, perfect for outdoor gatherings, and taking in the breathtaking views of El Yunque. **Guest access**
The entrance is with keypad available at the entrance door. After 4:00 pm you can arrive at any time.
Access is by stairs. There is no elevator.
The apartment has two assigned parking spaces and at no additional cost.
All pools can be used at no additional cost no matter what part of the complex you are staying at.
It is recommended that you rent a car to move to the places of interest and make purchases.

1. The Aquatika Condominium has a strict access control policy to the facilities and VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED. The maximum number of names/guests allowed per stay is 8. Please make sure that your number of guests on the reservation matches the number of names that are submitted. Once the names are sent to the Administration, changes or additions are not allowed.

2. After Hurricane Maria in 2017, PR's electrical system is still unstable. Power outages may occur during your stay. It usually restores itself in a couple of hours or less. We want you to make an informed decision, but don't let this stop you from giving us a chance to receive it. In the small possibility that this happens during your stay, enjoy the experience, disconnect from technology and connect with nature and a totally local experience.

3. For your stay we offer some bathroom and kitchen items to start your vacation. It is the guest's responsibility to replenish these items as they become depleted during their stay.

4. The beach access gate opens at 8:00 am until it gets dark.
