Welcome to this spectacular Penthouse at Aquátika! The perfect retreat for your next vacation in Puerto Rico. Situated in the best location within the Aquátika complex. You'll find yourself right next to the Waterslide pool, making it convenient to cool off or simply relax by the water. In addition, beautiful Aquatika beach with a semiprivate vibe is steps away, allowing you to bask in the sun and enjoy the soothing sounds of the ocean. If working remotely during your vacation we have 1000 Mbps.
When you enter the apartment an open, bright and spacious area awaits you. The fully equipped kitchen was recently remodeled. The stool bars at kitchen countertop and dining table that sits 6 is perfect for morning breakfast in preparation for your Puerto Rico adventures. The apartment has 3 bedrooms with Air conditioner and two bathrooms at main apartment level. 2 of the bedrooms have Queen beds with comfortable mattresses. The third room is perfect for the younger ones with a bunk bed and sofa bed.
As your tour to the apartment continues you can now go up through the spiral staircase to the Mezanine level and open Air Terrace. We call this area the family room. It is also perfect as an office space for those working remotely. As a family room it has natural plants, comfortable loveseat and once you go out to terrace the Magnificent view to the Rain Forest Mountain awaits you or the perfect night sky for stargazing. We are located 15 miles from the rain forest and SJU International Airport.
Please note: Waterslide pool is open at all times, however the waterslide opens on weekends when there is a Lifeguard on duty.
