Casa molto ben attrezzata, dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal mare, e l’host è stato estremamente disponibile, rispondendo in modo rapido e puntuale a qualsiasi richiesta. Un’esperienza davvero positiva!

Wir haben über Casamundo das Apartment gebucht. Über EXPEDIA fand am Ende die Kommunikation statt. Anfragen zur Schlüsselübergabe wurden nicht beantwortet, trotz mehrfachen Kontaktaufnahmen. Durch eine zweistündiger Recherche fanden wir zufällig eine Nachricht vom Vermieter auf einem Portal (VRBO), dass in Deutschland als App nicht zur Verfügung steht. (Tochterfirma von EXPEDIA). Die tatsächliche Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort war allerdings problemlos. Auch das Apartment war erwartungsgemäß gut.

4 Nächte. Sehr gute Preisleistung

Kommunikation nur auf Italienisch oder Französisch, habe mich über ChatGPT verständigt.Optimal für zwei Familien (8 Personen). Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ausreichend Gläser, Teller und Besteck, vorhanden, viel mehr als notwendig. Zwei Klimaanlagen eins für Wohnzimmer und die zweite für das Master Schlafzimmer.Vom Balkon aus kann man das Meer sehen. Kostenloser Stellplatz für ein Auto vorhanden, ansonsten kann auch 200 meter weg, ein öffentlicher Parkplatz oder eine überwachter Parkplatz gegen eine Gebühr benutzt werden, am Straßenrand in der Nähe ist leider nur von 9:00-24:00 Uhr erlaubt. Der Weg bis zum Meer ist auch sehr nah gelegen, auf dem Privatstrand sind leider nur zwei liegen vorhanden. am Strand direkt können zwei liegen und Strandschirmen gemietet werden, je nach Reihe zwischen 18 und 30 pro Tag.Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Klopapier, PlayStation, Heimkinoanlage, Föhn etc. auch vorhanden.Natürlich gab es auch kleine Mängel, was für den Preis aber absolut in Ordnung geht, deswegen trotzdem fünf Sterne.
