Lots of space for a group of travellers, and lots of supportive information for anyone coming to Venice for the first time.

The apartment is big and clean. The communication was easy and the check in and check out was very smooth. The only minus is it doesn't have air-conditioning. Overall is a good place to rent.

It's a huge apartment and perfect if you are traveling with a large group of people. It's located on the third floor with no elevator. But the location is close to everything in Venice. They provide a high chair and crib if you are traveling with a little one. The flooring the the apartment is uneven so I'm not sure if it's all like this in Venice since it's under water and the building might be moving a bit. You won't have to worry about noise if you are staying here since it's located on a quite street. It's worth staying here for the price and the space you get!

Better than advertised!

HUGE apartment. Great location - everything you need - restaurants, grocery store, coffee/tea at the bottom of the stairs. Anything else is a quick walk from the apartment. Francesco was great. Excellent communication. Answered all my questions. Couldn’t ask for more.

Fantastic for family

Great host. Great location. This place was ideal for our family's stay in Venice. It’s a large, spacious apartment within steps of a canal for water taxi access. It’s minutes by foot from the main attractions, and other nice areas, but we like the relatively quiet location, away from the throngs of tourists. There’s a grocery store around the corner as well as a great spot for takeout pasta. We made good use of the well equipped kitchen. Orial met us at arrival and was very helpful and responsive. He made sure our departure to airport by water taxi went smoothly. I highly recommend this stay.

We stayed in this apartment for five days, and for the price, it was absolutely excellent. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, both online and in person. The apartment was clean and fully equipped, so there was hardly anything we needed to bring from home. Although the apartment doesn't have air conditioning, there are fans in almost every room. However, simply airing out the apartment every day was more than enough, as there was a nice breeze flowing through it.

Hello madam, I'm happy you had a good stay in this apartment, according to your comment. That the apartment is on a 3rd floor with no,lift is stated in the advert: buildings in Venice are pretty old, so lifts are very rare. We change mattresses on a seasonal basis: unfortunately it's almost impossible to find mattresses perfect for everyone but thanks, for the hint. I honestly don't understand why the rating was so bad, though. Just for you to know for the future, 3 stars are considered a bad rating.

Geräumige Wohnung in perfekter Lage

We loved this apartment. It was really well located and we couldn’t have got anything better for the money. The owners were excellent. Providing information about arrival, meeting us and escorting us to the apartment. All round a great place for the money!
