The house was beautiful and clean. Great value. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location was perfect, only 15 minutes away from just about anything, including restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and boat launches. I will definitely stay at this property again.

This getaway was wonderful in many ways, with cleanliness, organized, helpful labels, ping pong, amazing shower head, and outlet by night stand. Some things to be aware of are very firm beds like a board, hard kitchen chairs, no shower soap, wasn't given address until day before, recliners didn't work in the couch, & ping pong paddles falling apart.

We understand the mattress wasn’t to your preference; it is a firm memory foam, providing both comfort and consistent support, which many guests find ideal. We appreciate your note about the ping pong paddles and will look into replacements.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s on the quieter, nicer side of Havasu, while still being just an 8-minute drive from the lake. I love the peaceful atmosphere and the sense of privacy, while having easy access to the water, restaurants, and everything Lake Havasu has to offer. It’s the perfect balance of relaxing and convenient.
