The 3 bed, 3 bathroom house sits up on a hill overlooking the ocean, every room in the house has awesome views! In the morning you can watch the fishing boats go by and the horses grazing on the hills . This house was built for Indoor outdoor living . Open the big doors and windows to let the ocean breeze in . It is very breezy up on the hill . Air conditioning and ceiling fans in each bed room . Patio has lounge chairs, a table & gas grill for outdoor cooking .
Great for a family or just a couple wanting to get away . It sleeps 2 to 7 people .

I grew up in Manhatten now living in upstate NY with my husband Duane and son Falcon 13 years old . My mother was Puerto Rican and grand parents lived there . I always loved visiting the Island and now own a lovely home in Vieques .

Why they chose this property

Loved the breezes, the quiet, the views. The whole island is laid back, no traffic lights or a McDonalds.
