APARTMENT ON THE SAME FLOOR AS THE SWIMMING POOL AND SEPARATE FROM OTHER USERS, ALSO VERY CLOSE TO THE GYM AND LAUNDROMAT, WHICH YOU CAN ACCESS WITHOUT USING THE ELEVATOR. I sanitise frequently touched surfaces, including doorknobs.

I use cleaning products and disinfectants approved by global health agencies and wear protective gear to help prevent contamination.

I clean every room using specific checklists for each one.



I comply with local laws, including any additional safety guidelines. Only the number of guests specified in the reservation will be allowed entry to the property at check-in.
ATTENTION: DO NOT LEAVE DIRTY DISHES AT THE END OF THE RENTAL PERIOD. THE PROPERTY MUST BE RETURNED CLEAN AND TIDY, IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN YOU CHECKED IN.
The cleaning fee charged for this rental covers the laundering of linens (bed and bath linens) and general cleaning of the property after each rental.
