After full days exploring the mountains, you return to a warm, spacious townhome designed for comfort, connection, and unwinding together by the fire.
The space
This two-level townhouse sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms, offering a thoughtful layout that balances shared living with private retreats. The main floor opens into an inviting living area with exposed log posts, vaulted ceilings, and a gas fireplace that becomes a natural gathering point on winter nights. A second family room provides additional space to relax with TV and cable, while large windows frame mountain surroundings.
Sleeping arrangements
The upper level hosts the primary bedroom with a king bed, fireplace, TV, and a private balcony overlooking the surrounding landscape. Its ensuite features a double vanity, deep-soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and heated floors. Two additional upstairs bedrooms each offer a double bed and private ensuite bathroom, with direct access to the wrap-around deck where the hot tub is located. On the main level, the fourth bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, patio access, and an ensuite with heated floors and a glass-enclosed shower. A powder room on this level adds convenience for groups.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals, featuring granite counters, Bosch appliances, and heated slate floors. A dining table seats six, complemented by a breakfast bar for three, making it easy to gather after a day on the slopes.
Outdoor living
Step outside to a private hot tub on the upper wrap-around deck, an ideal place to soak under winter skies. The patio below offers outdoor seating and a BBQ, providing year-round enjoyment of the peaceful setting.

Guests benefit from a private entrance and self check-in with a smart lock. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock, and tennis courts are located within the complex.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.
Getting Around:
This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. The bus is on a set schedule and is CAD 2.50 per person each way. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home.
