The Space:

From its position beside the golf course, the townhome offers a peaceful retreat while keeping you close to the village.
Sleeping arrangements
This two-level townhome accommodates up to eight guests across four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. The upper level features the primary bedroom with a king bed, fireplace, TV with cable, and a private balcony overlooking the golf course. Its ensuite includes a double vanity, deep-soaking tub, glass-enclosed shower, and heated floor. Also upstairs are two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed and access to the hot tub area. One ensuite includes a glass-enclosed shower, while the other offers heated floors and a bathtub-shower combo. On the main level, the fourth bedroom includes a queen bed, TV, and patio access, along with an ensuite featuring heated floors and a glass-enclosed shower. A powder room on the main floor adds extra convenience.
Living spaces
The open-concept main floor brings together natural textures, exposed log posts, beams, and vaulted ceilings. A family room with TV and cable provides space to gather, while a separate living area with a gas fireplace offers a quiet spot for relaxed evenings. The dining area seats six and opens to the patio, and a breakfast bar with seating for three extends the space for shared meals.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, with granite counters, Bosch appliances, and heated slate floors. Whether you're making breakfast before heading to the mountain or cooking dinner after a day outdoors, the layout supports easy, comfortable use.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Nicklaus North is a quiet and exclusive neighbourhood, with quick access to golf in the summer, or cross-country ski trails in the winter. The unit is a short walk to the Nicklaus North clubhouse's Table Nineteen restaurant and lounge, and within walking distance to the Meadow Park Sports Centre. The village and base of the mountains is a short 7-minute drive.
Getting Around:
This unit is a 10 - 12-minute walk to the closest Whistler Transit Bus Stop. The bus is on a set schedule and is CAD 2.50 per person each way. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and are approximately $ 15 CAD each way, seating up to five guests. When staying in Nicklaus North we recommend hiring a car for added convenience, with ample pay parking within Whistler Village between $12 - $40 CAD per day depending on the location.

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home.
