The Space:
Snow-covered trees frame the view beyond floor-to-ceiling windows as you settle into the warmth of the living room, firelight flickering beneath vaulted ceilings. After a day on the slopes, sink into the private hot tub or gather indoors for a relaxed evening with family and friends. Multiple living spaces across three levels create room to connect, recharge, and enjoy the alpine setting.
Sleeping arrangements
This three-level home comfortably sleeps 8 guests across four bedrooms. Two primary suites each feature a king bed, flat-screen TV, and ensuite with a deep soaking tub, double vanity, and glass-enclosed shower. A third bedroom offers a king-split bed with chaise lounge and full ensuite. The fourth bedroom, located on the main level, includes a queen bed and its own ensuite with glass-enclosed shower. A guest powder room provides added convenience, and a fifth bathroom on the lower level features a steam room for restorative downtime.
Living spaces
The formal living area is anchored by a wood-burning fireplace and expansive windows that bring in natural light and mountain views. A separate family room with TV offers a comfortable retreat, while the media room includes a pool table and direct access to the hot tub. A Control 4 home automation system keeps entertainment easily accessible throughout your stay.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home and features stainless steel appliances, a gas range, wine fridge, and breakfast bar seating for five. Gather around the dining table for ten to share meals and conversation after a day outdoors.
Outdoor setting
Patios and decks provide space to step outside into the fresh mountain air. Relax in the private hot tub, gather by the outdoor fireplace, or use the BBQ grill during your stay. A private entrance and free parking garage add ease and convenience.
Ski access & location
Seasonal ski access connects you to the slopes, with trails and the private Kadenwood gondola just minutes away. From there, you can reach Creekside Village for shops, dining, and additional lift access.
Additional amenities include in-unit laundry, heating, portable fans, Wifi, a dedicated workspace, and pet-friendly accommodations (fee applies).
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood Construction. The homesite adjacent to Kadenwood 2972 is being cleared for construction. As one of the newer neighbourhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. We're sorry for any inconvenience.
• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
