The Space:
Snow settles quietly across the mountains as you return from the slopes, boots dusted white and cheeks warmed by the alpine air. Steam rises from the hot tub while the heated outdoor pool glows against the winter landscape. Inside, fireplaces flicker and the evening slows into something unhurried and restorative.
Sleeping arrangements
Four thoughtfully designed bedrooms offer privacy and comfort for up to 10 guests. The primary suite features a king bed, sitting area with gas fireplace, private deck, and an ensuite with heated floors, soaking bath, and glass-enclosed shower. A second primary includes a four-poster king bed, private deck, and ensuite with soaking tub and dual vanity. The third bedroom offers a double bed plus a loft with an additional double bed and its own ensuite. On the main level, a California king bedroom connects to a full ensuite, while a nanny room with a single bed and TV also includes an ensuite. A guest powder room and a lower-level bathroom with steam shower add convenience.
Outdoor living
Even in winter, the private heated outdoor pool and hot tub invite you to soak beneath crisp mountain skies. Gather around the fire pit after skiing, or step onto the patio to take in the alpine surroundings. A private entrance, free parking garage on premises, and EV charger ensure seamless arrivals and departures.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped for preparing shared meals, complete with a breakfast bar with 4 seats and a dining table for group gatherings. The BBQ grill extends your cooking options year-round. Thoughtful kitchen amenities and ample space make hosting effortless.

Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior security cameras installed at the front, above the garage, and pool of this property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
