The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the evergreens as you arrive, and the quiet of the mountains meets the crisp alpine air. Inside, warmth wraps around you as you step onto heated floors and settle beside the gentle glow of the electric fireplace. After a day on the slopes or wandering snowy forest paths, this townhome offers a calm retreat with views of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course transformed under a blanket of winter.



Living and lounging

A welcoming living area invites you to unwind on comfortable seating while large windows frame the snow-covered landscape. The open layout connects to a dining area for shared meals and a kitchen designed for easy cooking, complete with Ceaserstone countertops and stainless steel appliances. Step onto the private deck to breathe in cool mountain air and take in the surroundings, or simply enjoy the scene from indoors on colder days.



Sleeping arrangements

The upper level is dedicated to rest, where the primary bedroom features a king bed, its own balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, heated floors, and a soaker tub. On the main level, two additional bedrooms each offer King-split beds and TVs, along with a separate bathroom designed with the same thoughtful touches, including heated floors.



Outdoor living

The private deck overlooks the fairways of the Chateau Whistler, which in winter becomes a peaceful cross-country area. Within the complex, guests have access to a shared picnic area and a shared hot tub. The hot tub will be closed April-October 2025 due to parkade renovations, and construction may be visible from the living room and balcony during that period.



Practical comforts

The home includes an insuite washer and dryer, high-speed wifi, a dedicated workspace, portable fans, and heating throughout. Guests have use of a designated space in the secure underground parking garage, along with free street parking and a bike rack. Home safety essentials include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals between winter adventures, and the dining table offers space to gather at the end of the day. A BBQ grill is available on the deck, along with outdoor furniture for those crisp, clear winter moments outdoors.

Set in the Upper Village beside the Chateau Whistler Golf Course and a short walk from Lost Lake, the townhome places you close to trails and the surrounding alpine landscape. The free village shuttle stops just a short walk away, offering easy access to the gondola bases, or you can enjoy a scenic walk to Blackcomb Gondola.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is included, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Blackcomb Greens is nestled beside the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club, offering peaceful, forested surroundings with sweeping mountain views. The Upper Village and Blackcomb Gondola are just a short walk or a quick ride on the free village shuttle, while the nearby Valley Trail invites year-round walking and biking adventures.

• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Blackcomb Greens complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted on this property
