Holiday house right on the lake Tiken near Tingsryd incl. Boat in Smaland

The 2011-2012 renovated holiday home has a large patio and a covered balcony with a lake view. A well-equipped kitchen with fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
A short nature trail leads from the house to Lake Tiken. The lake is ideal for swimming, fishing or boating. An aluminum rowing boat (Linder) is included in the price. German satellite TV and Swedish television. DVD and CD player with USB connection.
Good shopping, also by boat, are in the nearby town of Tingsryd.
Suitable for two families, as there is a second Holiday house on the same property is located: Elsemåla Björkebo

Sehr schöne Unterkunft an einem tollen, vielseitigen See. Die nach hinten liegende Terrasse hat Morgensonne, dort seinen Kaffee zu trinken ist allein schon schön. Allein für die Lage des Hauses lohnt es sich dorthin zu fahren. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hat sehr bequeme Betten. Immo, der Vermieter ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und absolut hilfsbereit. Ein Besuch im Kaufhaus Börjes ist ein absolutes Muss. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Münster, Sven

Haus an Traumlage

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, tolle private Lage im Wald und Weidegebiet inmitten wilder Natur. Wir waren zu viert und wir liebten es. Sehr bequeme Betten. Badezimmer und Küche top. Für Angeln und Kanuausflüge perfekt. Schnellstrasse führt nach Tingsryd zum Einkaufen, mit dem Fahrrad möglich aber nicht für kleine Kinder. Mietmaterial Boot war gut. Immo war jederzeit für uns da! Das zweite Ferienhaus ist zwar nah aber die Terrassen voneinander abgewandt.

Schwedisches Bullerbü...☺

Das Ferienhaus "Kullerbo" liegt ideal unweit vom Städtchen Tingsryd im Wald mit Blick auf den See Tiken zur einen oder auf eine Lichtung zur anderen Seite . Es ist sehr komfortabel und gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Der Steg mit Boot liegt ca. 100m unterhalb des Hauses und ist über einen steinigen Weg gut zu erreichen. In Tingsryd -ca. 5 min mit dem Auto gibt es alles-vom Supermarkt über Tankstelle bis Angelshop und Restaurants... Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und bei kleineren Problemen mit defekten Lichtern o.ä.schnell zur Stelle. Alles im allem ein sehr schöner Platz in toller Umgebung- wir kommen gerne wieder...

Angeln am Tiken

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche Angeln am Tiken. Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet. Der Weg zum Wasser mit Steg ist nicht weit, wir konnten sogar unser eigenes Boot mitbringen. Alles kein Problem. Die Unterkunft ist ausreichend für 2-4 Personen. Alles Sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein, aber es ist soweit alles da was man braucht. Wird wahrscheinlich nicht der letzte Aufenthalt dort gewesen sein.

Unglaubliche Zeit🥰🥰🥰

Das Objekt war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. WE die absolute Ruhe sucht ist hier sehr, sehr gut aufgehoben. Erholung pur👍Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief sehr locker und reibungslos ab. Wir fahren definitiv wieder dort hin. Vielen Dank Immo😘😘😘

Ruhig und nah am See

Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen. Das Boot war super zum Angeln, der See toll zum Schwimmen, das Haus liegt weit ab von der Straße, so dass man selbst bei Wind aus deren Richtung kaum etwas hört. Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es nur sehr wenige in der Nähe, aber das war für uns (Vater mit zwei erwachsenen "Kindern") auch nicht wichtig. Jederzeit wieder!
