We enjoyed our stay. Its very convenient to the beach which is fantastic. Quiet area at night with very little traffic. Its a shabby chic cottage which we really liked. Loved the beach decor and artwork. Furniture was incredibly comfy for family time in the living area. VERY clean which is so much appreciated.

Clean house and had everything we needed. Older but very nice and served our needs. Had no ocean view but beach was just 1/4 mile away. We would definitely rent it again in the future. Great owner and communication. Has its own private dock.

Cute beach house, with marsh views. Dogs and family loved it, especially the screened in rocking chair front porch! Perfect for morning coffee, lunch in between beach time, and late night hangout. We only turned the tv on once during our trip just to forget abouts it.

The property is in need of some further repair, but they have definitely made an effort to upgrade some things. The refrigerator appeared to be new and the kitchen was well equipped & clean. The house is “old beach rustic” but worked well for our family group, We loved being able to have our dogs with us!

Great location in a vintage Pawleys Island beach cottage. Pros: The host/owner is very helpful, responsive and friendly. Location was fantastic- 5 minute walk to the beach, house has all the beach equipment you need, comfortable queen bed and clean. The screened in beach side porch was our favorite spot! It was a good value for the money spent. Cons: There are some deferred maintenance issues that need to be addressed (bathroom subfloor near shower, outside lights at stairs not working, interior paint, etc.). However, we were satisfied with our stay and felt the money spent was a fair value.

We love this property and it never fails to give us the rest and relaxation we need. If you get tired of the beach you can play at the marsh. Lots of fun! Private because of the marsh behind and the park next door. Close enough to get to groceries and to go out to eat but so perfect for family time

Everything went well, except the first night someone entered the property walked through the home to the back door and turned around and left. My wife was on the back porch with the dogs. We really enjoyed the place, and the location was perfect. Would recommend this place to family and friend's.

It was nice to walk in and have lights & ceiling fans on. Neat and tidy. Easy walk to beach even with 2 and 5 year olds. Lisa, our host was available and attentive. This cottage has all of the charming, magical feels...from the screened front porch with twinkle lights, shells, and plenty of space to rock in the chairs or sway in the hammock, to the comfortable space to spread out. No end of places to create memories. We could hear the ocean from every space of the house. The ocean and easy beach access were a block away. And the marshes were behind the house, views which were easily enjoyed from a back-of-the-house wrap-around deck and crow's nest. The neighborhood is safe and lovely. And Pawley's Island amenites were very close and had everything we could possibly want. Loved our stay.

An old Pawley’s beach house. House has the basic amenities. Beds were comfortable and the window AC units work well. Good thing because it was hot as …. Outdoor shower. Nice front porch, excellent dock. Great location, easy walk to beach. House needs some work, but most older houses on Pawley’s always do. Owner texted to check in to see if we needed anything. Overall happy with the 11 night summer vacation trip.
