Oceanfront - Ritz Carlton Club - Offered by Owner

I'm an owner of the Ritz and know various other owners that ask me to help them rent their weeks.

These units are typically a 2-bedroom or 3 bedroom units. The price offered below are estimates, based on what they typically rent for.

If you compare the price of the Ritz Club to the "Standard Room" at the Ritz Hotel (next door), you will find that you can rent a 2 or 3-bedroom condo (with the Ritz Quality and maid service 2x per day), for the same price as a single room at the Hotel. PLUS, you have full access to the entire hotel and all their amenities.

If you want other dates, here are approximate prices:

Christmas/New Years: Around 1,700 per night (7-night minimum)
January and February: $900-$1100 per night
Spring Break: $1,000 - $1500 per night (for seven nights, slightly more for fewer nights)
Summer and other times of the year: $850-$1,000 per night (no minimum).

The Ritz Club allocates their weeks to their owners on a Saturday to Saturday Week. If you are coming between January to April, it's very difficult to combine weeks. For example, come on a Friday and leave the following week.

A few other things to point out:

1) 100% of the units are Ocean View and all located right off the ocean.

2) I'm the owner, not a management company.

3) The three bedrooms units are 1901 square feet and each room has a full bath, plus, there is a power room. The two-bedroom units have two large bedrooms and 2.5 baths.

4) We are a short walk away from the Ritz Carlton Hotel, (30 acre property) which you have full rights to use, literally, you never have to leave the property.

5) Maid service twice per day, plus concierge at your convenience. Yes, it makes it very easy.

6) Five restaurants on site.

7) There are on-site water sports center offering kayaks, windsurfing, Hobie cats, sailboarding and all the snorkeling equipment you need. To rent those from the rent, they charge $60 per day, for four people.

8) There is a $25 resort fee that is charged by the Ritz, you will pay that upon checkout.

9) Prices are based on paying by check, if you pay via VRBO, they charge a credit card fee, which will be passed on to you.
