Step down lounge room with separate dining area from kitchen. There is a separate AC unit and fans. Great family house with a secured back yard. Undercover back entertaining patio. Close to the local Marina, wialking tracks and parks. Local restaurants , distillery & cafes located at the Marina .Fishing, swimming or kayaking out the front. 20* minutes to Nelson Bay.
