Just over 2 hours from Sydney; 40 mins from Newcastle airport and on the edge of Port Stephens, Winda Woppa is nestled between the clear blue waters of Jimmy's Beach and the Myall River. Only moments from the surf at Bennetts beach and the facilities of Hawks Nest and Tea Gardens.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, separate toilet and additional outside hot/cold shower. It offers filtered views of the Myall River and is a short walk to Jimmys Beach.

The house has Air-conditioning/heating, WiFi, Sonos speaker, smart TV, Nespresso coffee machine.

Main bedroom and second bedroom are at the front of the house with filtered views to the river and both contain queen beds and overhead fans.

The third bedroom overlooks the grassy backyard and is setup for the kids with two sets of bunks.

The grassy backyard is enclosed for dogs and kids to enjoy. There is a deck on the front of the house and a large deck at the back of the house. Gas Bbq on back deck.
**You will need to bring your own linen (including sheets, towels, tea towels) toiletries and basic cleaning products. Linen can be hired from Tea Gardens Laundromat 0249971422.

*pls note the bore water sprinkler comes on daily in the morning - take items off washing line prior*

*The garage is unavailable for use*

Great house. The best spot in Hawks Nest for a holiday.

Thanks Anna we had a fabulous stay. My family previously had a holiday house a few doors down and staying here has felt like a welcome return home! Beautiful house and location, perfect for a couple of families. Jimmy’s beach is an effortless stroll round the corner. Anna was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

Lovely Quiet Spot - Hawks Nest

We had a lovely stay here. So quiet and so close to the Myall river and the bay. Our whole family loved the fishing, swimming and walks along the beach. The dogs loved their stay as well. Communication with Anna was very pleasant and easy. Highly recommend!

Hawks Nest Holiday House

The house had a good vibe when I walked in. It suited our family group of 4 adults and 2 teenagers very well and it’s proximity to our favorite spot Jimmy’s Beach was the draw card when I booked. This will be my first choice for our next visit to Hawks Nest.

Beautiful house and location

The property was perfect for us. Three friends and I had a girls trip and the house had everything we needed to have a great time. Just a few minutes walk to Jimmy's Beach, which was great for swimming and playing in the sand. There was an outdoor shower in the backyard, which if you access through the side gate is perfect for washing off sand. Cozy rooms and lovely air conditioned living space. We watched a few of the movies provided while lounging on the couch. Overall this was a great stay and I would definitely recommend to people staying with friends or even family.

Great place, great location

A fantastic little getaway, excellent location, really well equipped kitchen. However, the back deck a bit dodgy in some places and not real good for toddlers One of boards was broken, so had to place an esky in the middle of the deck so no-one would go through it, some of the other boards around the broken one were pretty rotten. Front sprinkler coming on around the time that cars are being packed for checkout was an extreme hinderance.

Relaxing break with our dogs

We were delighted to spend our first holiday for many years at 54 The Anchorage Our accommodation was perfect for our needs There was a wonderful fenced in backyard Which enabled us to take our faithful doggie companions and keep them safe. Anna was a wonderful host and made us very welcome and provided some great tips about the local eateries . The accommodation was in a great location and we enjoyed many walks around the area The area itself is very beautiful with lots of native birds and plants

Hawks Nest Stay

I was very disappointed that nowhere in the description I found that dogs are not allowed inside. I have 2 Chihuahuas, they can not be outside, as one of them cannot get back up onto the deck. Having said that, they loved the huge backyard, there was a lot to explore and it was safe for them to do it. The sprinklers go on at 8.39 am, since the time for being out of there is 9.30am, make sure everything is packed before that time. My husband was disappointed to leave his valuable fishing rods on the back deck, with the chance of being stolen. My last concern is, that the windows were not clean. Other than that the house had all the utensils needed. Loved the bath and surroundings and the views to the Singing Bridge and River .
