Just minutes from downtown Winter Park and only 12 minutes to Winter Park Resort, this home offers both convenience and comfort. Grand Park is home to The Foundry Cinema & Bowl, the Fraser Valley Rec Center, and multiple restaurants, breweries, and shops—all within a short walk.

Step into a warm and inviting open floor plan with high ceilings, tasteful décor, and abundant natural light. The living room features comfortable seating and a 65” Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a gas range, and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining table seats 8, with 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar.

Just off the living area, the patio features a private hot tub, outdoor seating, and a natural gas BBQ—perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or trails.
The main-level primary suite includes a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, a cozy sitting area offers an additional hangout space for kids. Two more bedrooms—a queen suite and a spacious bunk room—each have access to full bathrooms.
