Thank you for allowing us to host your stay and for highlighting the things that worked well for your family, especially the canal-front location, mother-in-law suite, and elevator. We’re glad the home provided a great setup for your fishing trip! We’re a little surprised by the overall assessment of the furnishings, as some of the furniture is newer, and we recognize that comfort and style preferences can be very subjective. That said, we absolutely appreciate the feedback and will pass along the suggestion regarding the outdoor table and chairs on the ground level to the owner. Being directly on the canal comes with some very coastal challenges, including strong winds that have a remarkable talent for relocating outdoor furniture, occasionally straight into the drink. We have to balance having those items available with keeping them from becoming canal decorations! As for towels, the home was stocked with 8 bath towels and 8 washcloths, matching the home’s maximum occupancy of 8 guests as communicated in advance, We always want guests to have clear expectations before arrival. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and the unique layout, and we appreciate the feedback as we continually look for ways to make our homes and guest experiences even better.

The owners preferred a big soaker tub, since there are 2 other showers in the home. As for the towel racks, there actually are ones in each bathroom, but maybe you were looking for something more prominent? We will definitely look into some options.
