This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach cottage haven boasts a private pool and spa that can be heated upon request (additional charges apply). But that's not all—imagine entertaining your friends and family at the stylish Tiki Bar, creating memories with delightful cookouts and quiet gatherings. No parties please.

The heart of this home is the expansive kitchen featuring new white cabinets, a solid stone-topped island with seating for 4, and a spacious pantry. Revel in the joy of catching up with loved ones in the kitchen area, sipping wine or having a beer in comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a glass stove top/oven, built-in microwave, side-by-side door refrigerator, and a farm-style stainless kitchen sink, all complemented by white tiling flooring.

The beach cottage family room is a perfect retreat with a 55" Panasonic flat screen TV, DVD player, built-in sound bar, WiFi, and a Frontier Custom Essential cable package that includes HBO. Work or relax with a desk available for your convenience.

The master bedroom suite is a sanctuary with a King bed, remote-controlled A/C wall unit, and a flat-screen TV with premium Frontier cable. The ensuite bathroom is a luxurious escape with a tiled step-up shower, his/her closets, a new vanity with drawers, and a solid stone top. A private entrance leads to the pool area, laundry room, and a unique laundry shoot for added convenience.

The additional two bedrooms, one with a King bed and the other with twin beds, offer comfortable accommodations. The full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is centrally located between these bedrooms. Please note that TV's are available in the family room and master bedroom.

Step outside into the spacious backyard, complete with a private pool, spa, and a charming Tiki Bar with bar stools. Imagine unwinding in the shade with a delicious fillet and a strawberry Margarita in hand—pure bliss! The pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost, and a new pool heater was installed in November 2023.

This beach retreat emphasizes a peaceful atmosphere, making it ideal for relaxation. As a reminder, no smoking is permitted inside the home, and quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Please note that dogs must be walked off the property, ensuring a pristine front lawn and backyard.
