This river view ranch is located on a quiet dead end road. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths 6-8 people will enjoy all the comforts of home. There is a pull-out couch in the main living area. Recently added central air for summer cool and a forced hot air furnace for winter warmth will comfort you in any season. The propane fireplace will help add to the romantic ambiance. While out on the deck you can relax on the comfortable deck furniture. There is a white picket fence to protect a dog or kids while they play. Plenty of parking space for vehicles. The dock slip can handle up to a thirty foot boat. Shore power, hot and cold running water are available for your boating needs. Possible additional pet and or dock fees may apply.

My wife and I decided to purchase this property mainly because it is right behind our home. We have wanted to enter into the weekly rental business for a period of time now. The opportunity came about and we jumped on it. We thought with the home being near ours we would be able to make any visitors comfortable.
