Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please make sure to leave keys in lockbox if they were handed to you by the house managers
Please checkout by 11 am as there could be other guests arriving that day and we need time to prepare the home. If there is no one arriving that day then a later checkout may be possible.
Please close the outdoor umbrella and make sure it is tied up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
