This house is right on the river and comes stocked with everything you need! There is enough room for a family to sleep comfortable with everyone having a bedroom. The views from the deck are incredible! The hot tub is nice to jump in on a chilly evening as well. We loved staying here and can’t wait to be back next summer!

Paradise Valley house
OK location and views. House neat and clean. There are better views though in the Paradise Valley. Kitchen utensils need an upgrade. Washer, dryer and dish washer functional but old. 1 hook for towels in 1st floor bathroom. Bathrooms and bedrooms small/tight. No Kleenex and soap bar about the size of 2 postage stamps. Keypad lock malfunctioned 1 night, and it took a while to hear back from management company. On balance, we expected more at the price point (over $450 per day).
We had a great stay at this property - nice having a grill, awesome being able to hot tub while enjoying the beautiful view, great neighborhood, well equipped kitchen. Overall a wonderful experience for our family!!
Great location! About an hour from Bozeman airport and 30 min from Yellowstone North entrance. Was perfect for our group! We also loved the hot tub and beautiful views!
Entire property was amazing. The house was clean and well maintained. The beds were cute and comfortable. The hot tub was very nice and seems to have been taken care of very well. We went to Yellowstone Park, fished Yellowstone River, and hiked some local trails. We did add some water to the hot tub, and used the last of the chlorine after our last night. Also, the sliding door and screen can be a bit difficult to open. There is a piece of sheet metal on the outside of the house where a screw has come out and during windy days it can be loud from the metal hanging against the house. There also we’re several days that a construction crew was building a house less than 15 yards from the house so that was also very loud. However, we spent our days out and about so it did not affect us much. I would absolutely stay here again, it absolutely did not disappoint!
We had a girls week-end here and it was perfect. Comfy beds, the hot tub was amazing, as were the views. And the location to chico is awesome! Its a cozy, easy to access cabin/house.
Clean, cozy, we arrived at dark, property was a little hard to find, address sign needs painted. We enjoyed our stay. Chico was close to property which was nice.
The house is great & the views from the hot tub are amazing. This is the perfect place to unwind after being out-n-about during the day. The river was great for exploring & fishing. My only concern was with some of the strict policies & rules. Great location for bouncing between YNP & Bozeman while exploring Paradise Valley.
The location of this house is amazing. Right on the Yellowstone, near Chico hot springs. We had a couple of frustrations during our stay. The property owner scheduled yard work and maintenance that started first thing Sunday morning and lasted all morning, think weed eating right outside your bedroom window. We tried to go with the flow, but it did make it so we couldn’t really enjoy the space that whole day. The hot tub maintenance light came on and made the hot tub unusable the last day as well, even though we followed all of the instructions to the finest detail, so that was pretty disappointing. A few details in the house need some attention as things aren’t really functional, upstairs bathroom you cannot take a bath as there is no way to plug the tub, lack of a sharp knife in the kitchen, broken screen door so the bugs come in, things like that. Over all we were able to have a nice weekend as the Yellowstone and the Montana skies just don’t disappoint, but definitely a few things.
Beautiful, riverfront home in Paradise valley of montana surrounded by sweeping sky country and mountains. 30 - 35 mins from Yellowstone North Entrance. Hot tube surrounded by river and mountains cannot be beat. Internet spotty and slow is only feedback - but why go all the way here for internet. Does have cell service on Verizon, less so sprint and ATT
The 3 bedroom home was cute and very functional. Coffee, dish soap, spices, and games were provided. The home sits very close to the Yellowstone River and is enjoyable to watch boaters passing by the picture window. The house has a private yard and the area is very quiet. We saw deer in the backyard every evening. The closest grocery store is in Livingston, along with most restaurants. The owner did leave suggestions for places to eat and visit.
I was a little disappointed that the views were hindered by overgrown shrubs. I also would have liked a couple more fans to be provided (or ceiling fans) for each room. Without AC the rooms get very warm in the summer. TV did not work most of the time we were there, and that was ok since we had cell service and could use our phones for weather/news. This house is a bit dated and could use a few updates. The furniture is very worn, refrigerator does not have an ice machine, nor filtered water (tap water was fine, though), and linens need to be upgraded.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay in this mountain home.
Perfect place for a getaway. The house was perfect for us. The views were amazing. The only downside was that our dog did not like the stairs, so husband slept on the couch to be downstairs with him.
