Amazing location. Apartment was nice with a nice couch and big tv. Close parking for the cheapest you can find . But the apartment wasn't set up for anyone staying in to eat etc. kitchen amenities were almost non existent. I purchased garbage bags and there was hardly any stuff to use to cook

Miami is HOT in July!

Everything was great! The only thing we were displeased about was that the air conditioning thermostat was locked with a clear case and set at 72 degrees. Miami while we’re were there was experiencing record high temperatures. We slept on the floor bc that was the only thing to cool us off. If we are renting a place I believe that the thermostat should be open to adjust accordingly.

Not as advertised - Completely different apartment

The unit advertised was not the unit we were given access to. Kitchen, bath, floor, furniture, artwork, beds, sofa were completely different and of much lower quality than what was advertised in the pictures. Difference was so extreme that we were not able to stay. Bathroom was particularly misrepresented. Very inconvenient experience considering I had arrived late in the evening on the first day and had to find alternative accommodation and seek a refund.

"South Beach"

Recently remodeled unit, very nice kitchen, and large bathroom & shower. Also, a nice lobby / sitting area to relax. There is an elevator but it was not working. Will stay again.
