Dirty and neglected property

Look I am sorry for being negative. It is hard work for these property owners. I hope the owners read this review. The house was covered in SPIDER WEBS. The bed sheets in the Master bedroom had sand in the sheets and the bathrooms were dirty and there was boogers on the wall. The Jacuzzi was broken and the air hockey table was broken. The outside of the property was neglected with weeds. On the bright side the property management was very helpful and professional. They also let me do an early check in that is why I am giving an extra STAR. LOOK THE PRICE WAS GREAT I HOPE THE OWNERS TAKE MORE PRIDE AND MAKE ADJUSTMENTS.

We apologize that the home was not cleaned properly beforehand. This is not what we like to hear from our tenants, and not up to our standards. We will make note of the home not being properly cleaned and address it right away with our cleaning staff. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
